Teaching

The Octopus Arts team have qualified adult and further education tutors with over 15 years teaching experience, having previously taught foundation diploma & BTEC national diploma art & design, life drawing classes and a wide range of painting and drawing skills in community and adult education.

We currently offer weekly art classes for adults in Broseley. Beginners or improvers are equally welcome to join our friendly sessions, which include drawing in pencil, ink, charcoal and pastel, painting with acrylic and watercolours and experimenting with mixed media collage.

You can also book us to deliver one-off sessions for arts education and community groups; previously we have demonstrated using acrylic ink, creating a collage, keeping a sketch book and charcoal drawing.

We also offer private tuition for children and adults in general drawing and painting, or we can help you develop a specific set of skills or techniques. Please contact us to discuss your requirements, wishes and aspirations.
